About Us

At Rejoice Preschool we are committed to providing a caring, inclusive learning environment, that celebrates the uniqueness of each child. Our dedicated staff is selected to reflect our motto: Be Kind, Work Hard and Know that you are Loved!  Staff, students, and families work together to provide a positive first-school experience.   

Rejoice Preschool uses a play-based approach to learning, with themes that may last a few weeks to a month. We choose to use a play-based approach, because play is the real work of childhood. Three-to-five-year-old's brains are wired to explore and learn through play. Engaging games, movement, stories, music, art, and other fun age-appropriate activities are used to learn skills, while letting kids be kids.

Our curriculum for Language Arts is Zoo-Phonics Multisensory Language Arts Program. This program engages children through a whole-brain approach using different modalities (hearing, seeing, touching, moving, and speaking) to prepare them for school success. Students will learn basic math skills through Little Minds at Work, a comprehensive, hands-on math curriculum which gets students talking, singing and playing all while learning math.

​From language and literacy development to social skills and creative expression, the children at Rejoice Preschool are constantly being exposed to new activities and environments in which to thrive. We build on the strengths and interests of each child to help build a solid foundation for future learning.
